I recently stayed at Durty Nelly's Inn for a weekend getaway. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, going above and beyond to assist us and always with a smile. Despite a small issue with the hot water, Lizzie at the reception quickly found a solution and even provided free breakfasts and lockers for our inconvenience. The capsule beds offered a unique level of privacy and were very comfortable. The hostel had ample storage space and the communal areas were kept clean. The Irish bar with live music was a great addition and the location was central to everything. Special mention to Larissa and Orlando for their helpfulness and knowledge of the city. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Amsterdam!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay were the cozy and clean rooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well-maintained. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Worst aspects were the lack of privacy in the shared rooms. It felt crowded and noisy at times, and I would have preferred more private accommodations.
